If you are having an issue with your ROM software, you may submit a service ticket to 21st Century Programming online as an alternative to phoning our support center.
Service tickets submitted online are given the same priority and attention as those phoned in.
To start a service ticket, enter your company information below. You will be led through a series of questions allowing us to gather the details of your issue. Once you have completed the questions and submitted the ticket, you will be issued a temporary reference number to use when contacting 21CP. To submit documentation for your issue, please follow up by emailing your attachment(s) to email@example.com or faxing them to (562) 981-1040.
For answers to questions begining with "How do I..." please see our Frequently Asked Questions page.
Or, you can download any one of a number of our user manuals or workstation cheat sheets by visiting the ROM University Library. PLEASE NOTE: Only ROM Users are given access to this page and you will be asked to enter a unique 21CP Web Access User Name & Password. If you don't yet have one, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
IMPORTANT: Use of the Remote Desktop Support feature requires the use of an access code which will be issued to you by the responding Help Desk Team Member after you fill out the form to your right. Under "Type of Issue" please enter "Request Remote Desktop Support" and a Help Desk Team Member will get right back to you.
